A Pattern Language House: This home was designed by Jacobson, Silverstein and Winslow, students of the Alexander School (known for the publication "A Pattern Language.") The exterior is concrete and cedar, with a slate roof and mahogany windows.Completed 1993 |

Mendo Farmhouse: This beautiful home was designed by Joe Ødegård of Mendocino. Features include a colonnade porch with shaped posts and a high-pitched roof with dormers. The interior has a coffered ceiling and an oak site-built railing.

A Studio Residence: This large home has 3 large artist's studios built in. The final detail design was done by Sam Waldman of Mendocino, including the "bridge," the entry, cherry cabinetry, granite and stone. Completed in 2001 |

Ten Mile Beach House: This home was build in two phases. The north wing and the garage were built in 1996. The two wings were unified with an addition finished in 2004. The house features a sweeping ocean view windows and doors plus a roof-top viewing deck.

Hills Ranch: This house was designed by Catalina Studio of Carmel CA and Monroe Reed (formerly of Rosenthal Construction). The exterior walls are I.C.F. (insulated concrete form) construction. The interior has a contemporary Douglas Fir and Oak finish. Completed 2001
